Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging Dreadnought Six ("we", "us", "our") for paid media management or related services, you ("client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide paid advertising management, creative production, landing page development, and conversion tracking. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your individual service agreement.
3. Fees & Payment
Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant advertising platform. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Performance Guarantee
Where a performance guarantee is offered, the specific terms, KPIs, and refund mechanics are set out in your service agreement. Refunds under the guarantee are limited to our management fee for the qualifying period and exclude ad spend, third-party costs, and taxes.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to advertising accounts, analytics, brand assets, and approvals required to deliver the services. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and results.
6. Intellectual Property
Creative assets produced for you and paid for in full are owned by you. We retain rights to our underlying frameworks, processes, and templates, and may reference completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party's non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the management fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
